GE Annual CT User Meeting
Occasionally the top CT vendors hold user meetings for healthcare professionals to meet and share their user experience with CT scanners from respective vendors. This is an exceptional event for radiographers, radiologists and cardiologists to share tips and tricks, networking, discuss scan protocols, and CT workflow optimization in general. 

Research and Clinical Experience with GE CT scanner
For this year’s GE CT user meeting, Michael Pham, was invited to hold a user presentation on the research and clinical experience with the upgraded GE Revolution Apex CT scanner at Rigshospitalet. Topics for the presentation included the DANE-HEART trial, the CLARITY study and sharing clinical experience and remarks from imaging cardiologists Klaus Kofoed and Jesper Linde.

Newest Advancements and Technology in CT Imaging
Clinical application specialists and product managers showcased some of the newest and pioneering technology in CT imaging. From Deep Learning Iterative Reconstruction (DLIR), to optimized “Big 5” stroke CT scan protocol, and last but not least Photon Counting CT. CT technology is rapidly advancing and we can not wait to experience photon counting CT, hopefully, in the near future.
